Through the Charitable Donation Scheme, The Dental Health Foundation can claim a tax refund from Revenue on individual donations of €250 or more within a single tax year. As a donor, you can enable us to claim this benefit by signing a CHY3 tax form.
This is available to anyone who pays taxes, including those who are self-employed. It won't require any payment from you, but it could result in an extra 45% for the Foundation, increasing the impact of your generous donation.
